The way AFG provides her courses, is characterised by high speed, flexility and integrity. Our society is changing faster than ever, that is why we deliver and adapt quickly.

Integrity is our top priority. Because of our background with the military, we are fully aware of its  importance. We safeguard our integrity through:

  Meeting requirements

When we start a collaboration, we inventorise needs and wishes. When necessary, we adapt our courses to meet the requirements. A detailed course or training program is created, which seamlessly integrates with the existing curriculum.

When the program is approved, AFG continues the preparation of the course or training by selecting experts, defining teaching materials and organising all logistics. We create an agile team that quickly responds to specific needs and pain points within the organisation to ensure smooth operations.

If preferable, several pilots can be held to test and adapt the program with the feedback provided by experts, teachers and students.

  Success rate

After carefully crafting the educational program, it’s time for the execution: students taking part in the courses or trainings and completing these within several weeks. After successful completion, diplomas will be awarded and certificates will be granted.

Our success rate is very high at 98%. Besides knowledge-transfer to students, much attention is paid to knowledge transfer to the existing educating organisation in order to realise educational innovation.

  Securing knowledge

To innovate education continuously, we prefer to anchor the newly designed courses and trainings within the organisation. We achieve this anchoring by the following method: showing, joining in, doing it yourself. On average, we provide a course or training 3 times. Most organisations are then equipped to do the courses and trainings by themselves.

If an organisation struggles to find the capacity to give the courses themselves, AFG can provide complete  training teams for a longer period. This can be discussed in further detail with the client.
